Practice Experience

Ms. Estefania Pena-Cristians is a case manager in the firm’s immigration practice. She handles a wide variety of business immigration maters including work and investment visas (H-1B, L-1, O-1 and E-2) and employment based green cards (EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3). Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Pena-Cristians worked as a paralegal in another law firm where she handled both business and family based immigration applications. She also interned with the British Embassy in Venezuela, the Massachusetts Immigrant and Refugee Advocacy in Boston, MA, and Amnesty International USA in Washington, D.C. She also devoted her time to other human rights and immigration related organizations.

Ms. Pena-Cristians received her Law Degree (Juris Doctor equivalent) with specialization in International Legal Studies and a B.A. in Liberal Studies from the Universidad Metropolitana in Venezuela. She furthered her education at Suffolk University Law School in Boston, MA, where she received an LL.M. (Master of Laws) degree in Global Law and Technology, with specializations in U.S. law and international law and business.
